The short version: this website does not track you, and we only receive information you choose to email us.
This notice explains how Flores DataCore Innovations LLC ("Flores DataCore," "we," "us") handles information related to this website, floresdatacore.com.
Information we collect
Email you send us. If you write to contact@floresdatacore.com, directly or with the contact form, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. The contact form does not send anything itself; it opens your own email app with a draft that you can edit or discard.
No analytics or tracking. This website does not use analytics services, advertising tags, tracking pixels, or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies' servers.
Your browser's session storage. To run the page transition, the site stores a small flag and the name of the page you are opening in your browser's session storage. It is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us.
The self-assessment. Your answers are processed in your browser to draw your chart and result. They are not stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to email them to us.
Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting service that delivers these pages may automatically record technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use information
We use the information in your emails to reply, to discuss and deliver services you ask about, and to keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we rely on to operate, such as our email and hosting providers, when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, to carry out any work you engage us for, and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information in your correspondence with us by writing to contact@floresdatacore.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
